In almost 20 years in the cosmetic industry, Aïmara grew up in the mass market to selective brand marketing. She learnt to develop products directly with many manufacturers and to put them on the market in different retailers throughout the world. Globe trotter and multicultural, she has a global vision of the beauty industry and keeps nourishing her experience by going regularly to the principal markets and international fairs.
Moreover, her work on the catalogue revision of the brand Black Up, specialist of the brown and mixed skins, enabled her to gain a unique brown skin expertise on the market. Her specialized proficiency on dark skins allows her to intervene regularly in the specialized press, with cosmetics brands and as a speaker in France and in the USA.
