Rich of an experience of about thirty years within great groups or brands of the cosmetic industry (l’Oréal, Guerlain LVMH…), Daniel evolved in the field of the products development, buying and packaging innovation but also through more strategic and decisive functions (Cha Ling-LVMH) or more recently in his role of business developer in the field of packaging sourcing.
His knowledge of the prestigious cosmetic market and brands environment and his drive product oriented gave him a unique experience in the anticipation in the clients needs in regard to agility and respect of the costs. His experts eco-system, from packaging to cosmetics formulations, allows him to ride the waves of worldwide trends of make up and skin care especially.
Backed by his multiple assets, Daniel continues to intervene daily by bringing his consultant contribution to the actors of the cosmetic market, brands, formulators or the packaging manufacturers.
Missions
- Proposing value proposals with product concepts based on my brands experience and my experts eco-system (strategical and development marketing, digital experience, formulas and packagings R&D, sourcing, procurement, logistics, regulatory affairs, sustainability…)
- Creating partnerships with Brand marketing, R&D or development teams to identify innovative market driven solutions based on consumers expectations and needs
- Analyzing competitive landscape and market trends to launch optimal new products and packaging delivery systems
- Leading the technical development of new products from formula, packaging development, scale up and industrialization to deliver globally compliant product (regulatory affairs and sustainability rules)
- Identifying new product expectations and establishing technical strategies supporting the strategic business plan
- Organizing new innovative/creative work sessions with global supplier
